One night in malaga

We're only in malaga for one night and we didn't get into town til 2130 so we had precious little time. We checked into our old faithful Hotel Atarazanas and headed out to find some dinner. We headed for Calle Larios and discovered the whole street has been turned into a beautiful tunnel of light for the upcoming carnival.

We stopped into La Forola de Orellana for some dinner. We had some spicy potatoes in a mojo type sauce, some delicious ribs and some roast pork - all delicious! We washed it down with a couple of cañas of the beautifully named Victoria beer, super times.

We had a wee wander about and enjoyed some more lights then stopped for a couple more cañas at La Cueva de 1900. They gave us some bread and delicious cold meat with each drink and we also ordered a half racion of jamon croquetas which were incredible.

After that we stumbled back to the hotel and we're up early tomorrow for the train to Cordoba where we will meet Chris.

Night!

  • Sounds awesome. The tunnel of light is beautiful. I wonder what you'll see next? And did you sleep well? Will you meet Chris as planned? Speak with the locals? I can't take it - I need more blogs!
