Marrakech day 1

Gem's birthday trip to Marrakesh is a go. We're currently sitting in Glasgow Airport eating a pre flight snack (chicken skewers for me, powerhouse salad for gem).

I'm a wee bit nervous about getting to the Riad (even though a car is booked to take us there), the general language barrier and craziness! But I'm also crazy excited for good times, good food and all the colours.

I'm also a bit worried about the money situation as you have to buy the currency there and also pay the riad in cash so I've got more money on me than I'd like.
